Weekend & The New Lodger

I had a fabulous time at the North West Crop in Golbourne yesterday. Not that I got anything done - I didn't even manage one LO !!! I was there from 9.00am - 5.00pm - and all I did was gab, laugh and have fabby time !! I tell a lie ...... I cut out some die-cuts for a baby album i've been commissioned to make, but I carried on gabbing as I was cutting, so that was ok !!!

How do I do smilies .... I can't cope without smilies - Help !!!!!!!!

I was also extremely lucky to meet in person the one and only Kirsty Wiseman. I have ALL of Kirsty's LO's in 'My faves' and I have been dying to meet her since I joined UKS and stumbled upon her work.

Not only is Kirsty gifted and talented in the world of Scrapbooking, but she has also been blessed with the gift of humbleness (is that a word ??) It was a real honour to meet her, and I hope our paths cross again in the near future .... only so that I can drain her of her knowledge and perhaps soak up some of her talent!!!!

Actually, there was that much talent in the Golbourne Scout Hut that I was really overwhelmed by it all.

I did get a 'little' shopping done as well, which also took up some time, so it wasn't all spent gabbing !

My New Fur Baby

We have a new lodger in the Bryson-Wood household. He's 6 weeks old and absolutely adorable. At the moment he is spending his time sleeping and peeing all over my beautiful shag, but hey - he's a babe !!

After much debating/arguing/laughing ...... Aaron has agreed upon the name of 'Gnasher' for our fur baby. (pic below .......... well I intend for it to be below, but we are talking about me here, and I haven't got a clue what i'm doing, so really it could end up anywhere) ...

Other than Gnasher, I don't think there's much to report upon today. School was ok although Staff room has an ant infestation .... oh, and its Stewarts 45th Birthday, which he's ignoring in the hope that it will go away ........ he glared at me when I 'happened' to mention that he's half way to 50 - Honestly, men are just soooooooooooooooo touchy !
